Shipping

We have already packed 65% of the orders if not more. 

AUSTRALIA and CANADA Done - will be shipped tomorrow to our two volunteers who will mail them for me in country. 

USA - Done

Germany, Spain, Slovenia, Cina, Chile, Norway, Denmark - Done

UK  and rest of Europe - Working on it 

First models have arrived and we got some terrific feedback :) also new packing boxes were used for larger orders to avoid damage. Not to mention quality and errors should be very limited this round of figures. 

Any question / issue / damage or complaint please (PLEASE, PLEASE) use the email below. Do not send me Whatsapp, Messenger, WeChat, Facebook, or other emails messages, it gets very confusing for me to follow and may cause delay or errors. Use only this email:

Tracking

As specified in the KS, all packages with 7 or more models were sent via courier, shoul dbe there no later than into the next 2 weeks. Any other package (6 or less models) was sent Priority International Mail. It has tracking but is not online, it can be verified only to see if it was delivered after requesting it to the Local Post office (Please don't ask tracking for these is not available) 

Upcoming Projects

We have been working on several other projects for 2020. Next one will be Lords of Rage a line of Female 54mm Lords, these are part of the Heresy Girl line, and are bigger due to their status and modified structure.

Shipping of the models has started, also our painter Axia, at Axia Painting studio received some copies and he laready assembled them! Here there is the first pic, they are quite cool!

We are unpacking and setting up the shipping station, hopefully some will be delivered this week or early next week.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OUR SUPPORTERS.

2020 STARTS WITH GOOD NEWS, THE MINIATURES GOT SHIPPED A BIT LATE (10 DAYS FROM SCHEDULE) BUT ARE IN ROUTE. IN A FEW WEEKS I HOPE TO START SHIPPING THE ORDERS IF NOT EARLIER.

IF YOU EMAILED US IN THE PAST 3 DAYS I WILL REPLY TO YOU ASAP, STILL RECOVERING FROM THE ITALIAN SIDE OF THE FAMILY HOLIDAY MEALS... MANY ANTIPASTI, 2 OR 3 MAIN DISHES MOSTLY PASTA, 2 SECONDS, DESERT, COFFEE AND LIMONCELLO... THIS EVERY DAY FROM THE 24 TO THE 27th AND AGAIN THE 30th TILL YESTERDAY. WAY TOO MUCH FOOD.... NOT USED TO IT.

JUST A QUICK UPDATE

Nothing new to point out, other than all models are being cast as I write. 

Timing is normal, I expect no delays. 

Next week I hope to post some new images of the first casts.
